What We’re Looking For

  • Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a coachable mindset
  • Sales or homeowner-facing service experience preferred (in-home or consultative sales a plus)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who values feedback and personal growth
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Basic computer proficiency


What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through our proven sales process.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Traveling to pre-qualified, scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
  • Conducting in-home consultations and evaluations
  • Presenting customized solutions and detailed proposals
  • Educating homeowners on products and services
  • Closing sales and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
