What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a coachable mindset
- Sales or homeowner-facing service experience preferred (in-home or consultative sales a plus)
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- A team player who values feedback and personal growth
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
- Basic computer proficiency
What You’ll Do
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through our proven sales process.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Traveling to pre-qualified, scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
- Conducting in-home consultations and evaluations
- Presenting customized solutions and detailed proposals
- Educating homeowners on products and services
- Closing sales and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
